Cygnus Entry Limit
I plan on doing two Cygnus runs with a 2x drop card.
I know I could redeem the card at say 11 15pm and enter the next day,
But if I save the dream key from Day 1, can I enter twice on Day 2 after getting another key?
It makes the hours more convenient to organize a Magnus run too

Souls, and it's more so for a Magnus run.

As first poster said, you can go 2 times in a day, but you can only make keys once a day, so as long as you have made a key previously, you can enter again after midnight with a fresh key!
