broke need advice

It's been a year since I've seriously played. Just came, was glad bout the 5 cubes event...then I found out you need to turn in 15 mil just to finish the quest T_T

Now I know 15m is chump change -it was for me a time ago then too- but now, I'm broke, don't have much time to play.
I just want to know is there any way I can make "chump change" amounts of money? Besides merching?

I know little time+little effort=little results but I'm fine with that. Anyway I can at least sustain myself? >.> quests that give $$ or...
