With 200 mil, don't even bother about CRA/Fafnir, these people saying you can get it and a weapon don't know anything.

With 200 mil, you'll want to save it, Do MPE, get to 140 and do Dimensional PQ to get the tradeable lvl 140 equips, Utgard, I think is what they're called, then you'll want to do prequests, Easy Magnus, Gollux, Commerci and really anything else like PB/Von Leon/Krexel (For later for Reward points, even though you cannot kill PB you may have a friend or guildie who can)

DO BOSSES! DO SILENT CRUSADE! You get coins! Coins can purchase spell trace! Spell trace = Scrolls = More stat on equips = More damage =

After you get spell traces, scroll your level 140 Utgard gears with 70% for Luk and weapon scroll same way but for attack >.>

Next would be to get Ghost ship badge, Gold Maple Leaf emblem, Secondary NPC, no specific order just get them.

Next once you have allll of these you'll want to go Elite hunting! You'll be looking to get Epic potential Scrolls, they don't boom so that's awesome. You'll mostly get Clean Slate scrolls, sell those to get Epic potentials! Check prices on them via Owl in pot shops, will cost you 10k meso per one, go to fm room and use it.

After this, you'll want to epic pot your badge, emblem and secondary. DO NOT USE ANYTHING OTHER THAN 50% EPIC POTENTIAL SCROLL ON YOUR GHOST SHIP BADGE, I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH!

Ok, now you got some bleh gear and some epics, you can get cubes via reward shop, mining veins, coin shops (none in this current one I believe), bosses, and very rarely from mobs. Now you'll want to do Easy mode gollux daily, for a while. Collect coins, you do this by farming two rounds (You kill both shoulders and abs but not head twice) on your third and final round you kill the head (Being as how you'll do easy mode you do what you did on farm rounds but this time you kill head)

It'll take a while, but you'll be upgrading as you do this and you picked a great class too. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5BDNZsay0JY This video will show you how to do Hard mode Gollux, Easy mode is a ton easier (Duh Nick qq) It's mostly the same, just with Easy you don't have to deal with the Gas I believe.

Now what you'll want to do with your Gollux coins, you'll want to buy all the rings and reinforced earrings from the shop. As for the Superior earrings, you'll want to sell them, will get a ton of meso. Now, with these gears, you'll want to get Epic potential scrolls again and use them on these, also use one on Superior earrings, do not reveal the potential (It may come out as 2 lines and that drops the cost of what people will pay for it usually)

To scroll these items, you'll have to buy a scroll, can get one daily for 30 Gollux coins, also do not equip your gollux items until they're perfected (That's what others will tell you, I'll say try to scroll them as best as you can and equip them once all slots are used, as you upgrade you'll gradually be able to perfect them)

Finally, as bad as this sounds, if you can get Nx, just get it. It's a time saver and cubing is kind of fun (Never cube a Rare tier unless on Miracle time) I'm a very impatient person, so NX is great for someone like me who would rather spend money and get by instead of spending hours that I do not have on the game (Not lazy, just life, okay a little bit of laziness)

Hope I helped in the tiniest, eventually you'll build up enough funds to get into CRA,Tyrants, Fafnir, Double Legendary gears and what not.

Also, regarding the easy magnus pres, they take like 2 minutes max, you do Easy magnus to get (hopefully) nova cape, boots and rarely a belt (Though in your case, reinforced belt if better for you due to set effect.)

If were going from nothing to something, what you need to do is do Monster Park Extreme and get yourself some 4-6% luk gloves, boots, overall, and hat.
Fill your other slots with decent items, spell trace them with 70%s for luk/attack.

hmm 200mil aint much but im assuming your returning to Khaini/Broa and i can get you some equips for free
the best ones out right now are lv150 gear but i can get you lv110-140, of course you can still buy the lv 150 if you want w/ 200mil you could buy the hat and top and maybe bottoms and barely have some change leftover
you could buy empress gear, lv140 raven horn gear for 200m but again end game gear would be better money spent
for weapons unfortunately people really only sell lv150 fafnir weps and they can cost a few hundred mil, ocassionally you'll seee other 150 imperial wpes and what not but those arent as good

also they sell Owls of Minerva in almost all potion shops for 10k a piece, buy a few and use them so you dont wander FM

With a 200M budget, your not going to get very far. You could buy some CRA gear and possibly a clean dagger(depending on your server price), but ya 200M is like nothing compared to what it used to be. Nowadays 2 bill is barely any funding lol
