The Swordman Medal (+15 stat & +15w/matt) is definitely worth it. You can just do normal SAO runs to kill 5 of each of the 3 bosses (estimate at least 15 days for free runs; under 5 mins per run). From what I heard/read, the only difference between normal and premium SAO runs is the quality of items you get (more chance of getting perm SAO NX for premium) and the difficulty of the boss. It is not really worth spending NX for premium runs for a "better" chance to randomly get one of SAO perm NX. Instead, go buy it in the FM or directly from CS.

It is up to you. If people buy lots of coins for the medal, Nexon will probably come out with another event with an even better medal to get money. I am saving my money for the barbecue pulled pork sandwich from Wendy's!
Black swordsman medal is worth it. If you're just starting now/dont already have 300 runs you wont get the best medal.
But itll take you about 25ish runs to get the Black Swordsman (theres usually 1 mob that players get unlucky in getting)
Premium is better rewards, but doing both I realise that either I have been nexowned or luck is not on my side. Only good rewards I got from premium was golden hammer 100% and some perm nx. I died twice so two runs wasted.
Do normal for the medal cos its most definitely worth it and if you are lucky with the boxes you can get 3 more coins to do another run (only spend nx getting the medal if you run out of time)
Premium is not worth it. I farmed a few runs to see what the rewards were like and you're better off just doing Normal.
Best medal available to most players in the game. Go for it.
the black swordsman medal is worth it in my opinion. for premium, it depends how much time u are willing to spend for a chance to get the other prizes not included in normal runs. see patch notes for the list. it takes almost the whole time to kill the boss in premium.
Not really unless you want the premium sh[et medal. the loot is about the same (boxes)
Just do normal the normal dungeons for the 15att medal.
Not sure about the premium, but that title is pretty damn worth it. 15 w.atk and m.atk and +15 all stats. Seems worth
