Sell or Cube amp Sell

I've gotten a shaky 4.3bil offer already (Not sure if it's going to go through) But if it doesn't should I just try an sell it as is? Or should I try and cube it for better stats.

Tempest rings aren't tradeable after being worn. I'd cube for %drop and use it on a char you're going to use to farm stuff with since that'll give you actual return on investment.
Don't waste cubes on that. Sell it while you can.
