Hi, I'm currently a level 51 low(ish) dex DB with 70 base dex.
My equips:
15 All Zhelm Clean- 2line - +3luk, 2%mdef
Green Nap Clean- 2line - +3dex, +20 ACC
Clean Spiegelmann's Necklace
8 atk wg
70atk shinkita
46/5 Majestic Katara
White Belt
8 dex Black snowshoes
In my inv:
Clean Strawberry Earrings 3line - +10dex, MP 3%, Mdef 3%
Clean Cecelia's Earrings 3line - +3 dex, +3int, 2% ACC
I also have about a little over 10K NX
What do you guys suggest I purchase next?

A cape, a dep star, and preferably some cheap %luk equips.

IMO, if you're planning to get to higher levels (Like 120ish+) then a good potentialed cape with at least 3% LUK can out do a PAC... not to mention the %luk capes are much cheaper!
I'm doing good with my equips I'll list them you should get similar stat ones
-zhelm 14/15/15/15(lol not this one it was the only one I could find then)
-dep star 5/5/5/5 with 6dex 3luk potential
-lvl 10 work glove 10atk
-lvl 60 thief top 4luk 2dex clean with 6luk 5dex potential
-lvl 50 thief pants 2dex clean with 4dex 3str potential
-lvl 15 thief shoe 5dex
-lvl 55 earring 6luk with 6luk potential
-lvl 64 maple asura 89atk
-lvl 60 katara 50atk with 6atk potential
-1atk 3dex 9luk PAC(more amount of damage in damage range than a 3atk 4luk)
sadly I sold it and at your lvl I was using the cash shop weapons 100%d it was 81atk dagger and a 48atk katara idk how much I spent I think it was somewhere
around 350m O.o or was it 300m

Exactly... and with that nx, you could get around a 10att work glove, which would only be a 2att improvement. Whereas you could get up to a 15stat improvement with less money on other equips, which is better than +2att. XD

Save up for all of your skillbooks (except Sudden Raid). If you have already, though, then I would:
-get a better cape. Try going for a 1att PAC for now; those are fairly cheap.
-Get a dep star.
-Get some %luk equips. Try going for the level 80+ ones, as they have the best potentials and usually aren't too expensive for around 3-4% luk.
Get a dex pot dep star like me =D 5/11/5/8 clean 85m!
