Where can I find an innocence scroll?

You can also get them from Bounty Hunter sacks (i.e. from Fritto or Inferno Wolf portals).
They also tend to show up in event shops but I don't think the Magpie shop has any.
You can use 5k(?) spell traces and inno an item, the success rate is lower though.
