Critical and booster for Evans
Just wondering; how vital are these skills? Mainly for critical, I think I can live with a level 5 booster.
I'm kinda bored of my outlaw right now (Trying to find a mp3 map sucks), so I'm training my Evan in Demethos. Problem is, I'm out of Nx, and probably won't be buying some for a while. I also only have around 10m, so MTS is out of the question until I get more money. Surveys also suck and I can't be screwed lying in order to do surveys.

Pretty much what everyone else said. I definitely would not go without critical. If you cant get NX now, then wait until you can. If not your going to suck pretty bad. Booster is recommended but you don't really need it. And im assuming you have Magic guard?
There's no denying that Magic Guard and Critical are essential to making your character not terrible.
Booster is fine if you can stand recasting every 150 seconds. It wouldn't be that bad since half their buffs last 150 seconds.
Well, you don't NEED to have max booster since it changed to increases speed by 3 levels at all mastery levels with BB. It's just easier since you don't have to keep buffing. Also, you could survive with Lv 5 crit if you could get Decent SE. It's a really bad Idea tho since if you had that kind of money to make/buy them, then the extra 4k nx for both would be a sinch.
