definitely change ure 2% atk neb to an ignore pdr
% boss is important but you ignore such a bad amount of defense that it doesnt matter.
czak kills 40% of ure damage, you ignore only 45%, so czak kills 22% of ure damage. u do 78% of ure damage to czak. with ure %boss, u do 167.7% damage.
if you ignore 60% of czak's defense, it reduces ure damage by 16%, so u still do 84%. then with %boss, u do 189%

189/167.7 ~ 1.12
so thats about 10% increase

(if u did not know, %atk nebs only work on the weapon they are applied to. total damage sometimes is better. of course nothing is too simple when it comes to calculating damage)
