Get 30% on everything and get 90% boss on both katana and dagger and get 20x katara

1. The helm, re-cube it to 15% luk+ or buy a 10att+, 15%+ luk one.
2. Then buy 2% nebs for all your equipment.
3. Then re-cube or buy a better face.
4. Buy 21% luk earrings since earrings are the cheapest to upgrade.
5. Get 21% luk bottoms.
6. Finish scrolling katara and EE it to 10+ stars.
