What is it exactly? I see that you get like earrings and glasses from it, I'm interested in dem glasses.

Boost-Up Event
Dates: 3/15 - 4/11
Event NPC: Event Notifier
Create a new character to be rewarded a Pendant of Spirit (30 days).
Reach certain levels with a character created during the event to earn Boost Up Glasses and Boost Up Earrings (30 days).
Ultimate Explorers are not eligible.
Multiple characters on your account may participate.
Doesn't really give much info on to what level etc
