Is it just me or the nebullites boxes never drop anymore?
Title says it all.I mean like I've been on double exp and drop and even triple,i still didn't see ONE,not to mention they were my level the monsters i were killing.Ever since nexon said they'll "decrease the drop rate of nebs boxes since they were dropping too often"ever since then they literally don't drop anymore i think they failed to mention"we will remove the dropping forever"
Edit:if this was already posted im sorry(Ninja'ed),i never look at threads,i just wanted to know if they do drop for you guys at a REASONABLE rate

You can get it from both. I think it's just like MMB. It's extremely rare and it's all luck.

That's why I stocked up before they nerfed the drop rate, got myself a thousand-ish Nebulites, fused them and got myself plenty of 1% stat Nebs.
They don't drop anymore. You get nebulites from gachapon now.
Same, Never saw ever one best since they "decreased" the drop rate.
