Is it just me, or
Is it just me or is the spawn for the bounty hunter garbage broken? Yesterday I found P Mini Beans out the ass while hunting for clues, today I've checked all three maps where a certain monster spawns, surfing the channels for twenty minutes and nothing. Is it too early? Do I have to wait until noon or something ridiculous?

It seems the spawns must be time related. Most likely its 12pm-12am pst like above suggested. Be nice to tell us in the patch notes next time

12AM-12PM PST = SPAWN DEAD
Kill some monsters in the map, it may trigger the spawn of the bounty.
But I was doing this at 9 AM CDT yesterday.
I think there's a time when they start spawning. 1 PM Est IIRC?
