Any tips for Dexless UA Bandit?

Just made my UA Dit, Im probably gonna go Dexless and just want some tips on stats, equips, advice, etc.
Will it be difficult to go Dexless with ~2b funding? I want to wear a D.Khanjar, but do you think I could pull off getting enough STR while getting enough DEX?
And what kinds of equips should I get to make my Dit as good as I can get with the funds I have?
If anyone could help point me in a way to start off towards this, itd be much appreciated
