Help me interpret this ticket response

Greetings Aaron,

Let me begin by offering my most humble apologies for the delay in response.

I'm sorry about the confusion with your recent ticket. After going over your ticket, I went over your purchase history. The only shield scroll that I found in your history was for a Shield Scroll (1) for 2800 Maplepoints on 7/4/2013. The Black Friday sale for the Shield Scroll (11) was for December 1st. Unfortunately since there is no evidence that you purchased the Shield Scroll (11) we can not compensate you.

We ask every Mapler to read all text and item descriptions. We can not be accountable for items lost simply because players were unaware their items could be destroyed. Unfortunately we can not recreate items once they have been deleted or destroyed. We have come up with a compensation package in Maplepoints for your lost item. Please allow a few days for the Maplepoints to reflect on your account.

As such, I will now be closing this ticket. Once again I apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused.

I was curious for some reasons such as, "Unfortunately since there is no evidence that you purchased the Shield Scroll (11) we can not compensate you." and "We have come up with a compensation package in Maplepoints for your lost item." Also, I purchased the 11 pack of shields on a mule, so is there any way I can respond? Thank you in advance

It appears the GM used a "pre--defined" text response and edited the first part to reflect their investigation into your ticket, but forgot to delete the second paragraph which included that statement about compensation.

You could open another ticket and ask them to explain it (give them the ticket number for this ticket so they can look it up).

The story begins when you gave use compensation for the rollback. It was 3 safety scroll and 3 protections. Now, having bought (11) shielding wards from your black Friday sale, I was nearly finished on scrolling my pride and joy, my Fafnir 2h Mace. After getting my friends help I had finally finished my mace. I used 1 protection scroll to 5 star ee my mace. When I used my protection scroll, it didn't show up in the corner, but one had definitely been used. It succeeded. It was now at a very satisfying 283 weapon attack. I had 1 last protection scroll leftover so I decided to go to Evolution Laboratory to buy one more Advanced Equip Enhancement scroll with my evolution coins. I applied my protection scroll and it got stuck at the "processing" page. After about a minute, I disconnected from the game. Shortly after re-logging, I saw 2 empty spaces in my "use" inventory. I assumed it was the protection scroll missing, but it turns out it was my 2x experience card that disappeared from the "Big Wig" event. I checked the weapon and remembered that protection scrolls didn't show up. I applied my scroll and it failed, blowing up my pride weapon, which I've spent so much money scrolling. This depressed me for a pretty long time and I finally concluded
that protection scrolls do not, I repeat, do not show up on anviled items. If I had known this, I would have been aware and re-applied the protection scroll. However, thanks to a glitch and disconnect due to your latency issues, I have lost my weapon. I DEMAND COMPENSATION. Either you give me back my weapon, give me some sort of compensation, or i'm quitting this game and taking as many friends down with me as possible.

If the issue is about a purchase made on a mule account, then send a ticket from the mule account.
As far as they are concerned, you did not purchase 11 shield scrolls on your main account.
