Lagging on even channels post update

So after the Server Upgrade i decided to see if i stopped lagging on even channel (only happens for Israel folks).
To my suprise, i was completely fine at even channels, which made me very happy.
But then i noticed i now lag on Odd channels, except for 1 (That's really good).
So i was wondering if any other ppl who had this problem from before the upgrades is now in the same situation as me.
