Im a returning mapler. So if cygnus knight's level cap was raised when can you make an ultimate explorer?

@epikkhighh: Hmm. At 30,000, 2 enemies would hive you 4200 or 14%. You can't efficiently heal off a single enemy, but good groups are okay... Meanwhile, instead of capping the damage-per-hit on Meso Explosion, they add a 5 second cooldown which makes its use incredibly impractical. Eckhart's Vampire change makes more sense than that.
@megascience: i dont use it much but if you drain 2+ mobs its more consistent. i did it at gollux a few days ago, and if i can hit gollux + 1 mob = ~6000 hp healed (30k hp base)
you cannot make UA anymore unfortunately
The current patch nerfed Eckhart's Vampire, so that's pretty sad...
New creations of UE/UA has been removed a long time ago.
