Yeah, they released that a couple years ago as a permanent item. My i/l has that cash item.
If your talking about the snow flake right behind the character, it an effect called WInter wonderland. they usually release it in CS every now and then but temp. LOng ago they had it in the boxes for perm.
@miauri: I totally agree with this. My buccaneer used to be so freaking cool when he used barrage and demolition. Now all he does is just blast orange stuff all over the screen.
I'll admit that the skills now are way more useful than the ones of the past, but I really hope that they get rid of the current octopunch animation and just make it so that our character actually does the punching.

Totally not what you asked for, but i'm so over how extra everyone's characters gotta be. Effects (from equips, the effects in CS, marriage effects), wings, flashy weapons, androids, soul weapon, familiars and 1-3 pets. Skills too; there's not one skill where you can actually see the weapon you've equipped being used. It's too much imho (in my homo opinion)
