I got the Ancient Glacial water from the Cilf. When I use it it saids "Target is not in the same map". Who/What is the target?

Yeah, your whole party has to be at the 3rd job place when you talk to him and then at the ice cave entrance to start it.
With my party?
After he vanishes, you have to go to the Ice Cave Entrance place and he'll appear there.
How do you get in? I clicked on him with a party of 3. He took a few steps to the right and vanished.
I think the target is Shammos, for when you go into the PQ. For his health?
