question about losing smithing mastery
So i haven't needed to craft any cubes in a while so i have been losing mastery for a while. My question is, will i lose exp until i get to level 10 with 0/whatever mastery? or will it just go from level 11 down to level 10 and like 99% mastery? Where does the loss of mastery stop?

I asked a frequent smither and he/she said after 24 hours (of not smithing) it'll decay at like ~360 per hour
