well the knight of virtue event gave 100 potential scrolls so thats why i wondered... thanks everybody
There isn't much. They both give potentials. HOWEVER: Tim's Secret Lab has 100% success rate, while potential scrolls have 70%. Adv. Potential scrolls have 90% success rate, and all potential scrolls destroy the equipment upon failure.
And the bad part about failing is that the item booms when it fails.
