Frozen Orb doesnt go through damage reflect
Just tested it out on Hilla. Didn't seem to reflect any damage on me but neither did it do any damage on Hilla.
Thoughts? intentional, bug?
Also, when she 11'd me, I noticed only my MP going down in the split second before my pet poted up- is there a change to this now, or did I just imagine it?

Maybe it says that cause imagine if the orb is going through a boss and then suddenly it puts up DR.... You can't really stop attacking
It's intended. Ignoring DR isn't the same as bypassing it.
I haven't seen a single video of someone using Frozen Orb on something with dr up so I don't know the exact specifics, but things ignoring dr generally do their regular damage (ie Kaiser) so I want to say it's a bug.
The cooldown isn't important, 5 seconds aren't that bad. What I wanna know is what happened to its DR penetrating ability.
