Shortly after wasting 10minutes of my life reading the thread and the comments, I came to the sudden realization that I could not care less about anyone's problems.

What I wasn't ok was when I log onto Dylan's account to play, I see your guild members talking crap about me. Making fun of me. Saying I s* d*s and that I gold dig. I saw it with my own eyes. Why would they say that behind my back? If you joke, joke with me so I can laugh with you not having you laugh behind my back.
Dave thing, I remember you mentioning it to me after he scammed. No one knew. Everyone trusted him even the legit members in Boundless such as SilentTM and CherryTigers. None of use believed it.
Jay. As for you. Your thread was locked so how else can I prove that you scammed? Look at the timeline of when I talked to Ivan. I finally got more of the story today so I brought it on today. I'm not the one waiting things out. I will never let someone who steal things get away. You may make fun of Sandy for playing superhero but I love playing superhero. I rather bring out the truth (in which you call drama) than to sit quiet and watch it happen.

Regarding the powerschool thing, I personally informed you he scammed, many people knew he was illegit and you refused to believe it. I don't blame you for that, as many did believe he was legit, but there was certainly people with credibility who knew he was a scammer as well.
Hell we could be in a similar situation now where I'm wrong right now about Jay myself, like you were about Dave. But again, I haven't seen solid proof that he has scammed. But if it ever does present itself that he is in actuality a scammer, as Mira said, he would be kicked immediately. There's one thing I don't tolerate, and that is stealing from other people.
@Jrizzey Resorting to name calling isn't going to help the situation, and is childish. Provoking also adds to the drama, so you're guilty of what you're accusing Kim of doing. And yeah, if you have the receipt, I suggest just showing it now so we can finally clear this. You got the story wrong. We're not the ones who brings up the proofs 3 months later. Jay's been asked for proofs for a long, LONG time and not once has he shown them. This is just a continuation to his thread he made that he didn't scam, of which, no one seem to notice. We're not the ones who's trying to frame the guy but rather force him out of his rabbit hole. He's been approached by a couple of people which he just simply ignored. If he didn't scam, showing a receipt couldn't be that hard.

I'll just say this: I've seen Jay hold equips worth that much (sometimes more) that belonged to other people along with trades of the same high tier take place without there ever being an isue before. I don't know who Ivan is so I can't/won't judge his character in this situation.
From what I can see, despite what is being said here, there is no proof that he did in fact scam. I'm not saying its impossible, but there's simply no hard proof that he scammed. Yes we all know Jay can be a jacka$$ at times and has a mouth that's unfiltered but in spite of this I still don't believe he would actually scam someone The guy makes good money, so I don't see why he would even need to scam.
That said, I'll be glad when this is all cleared up and we figure out one way or another for good what actually happened cause this has gotten exhausting

I'm not ridding him, I'm just not biased. For now all we have is SS of phone conversation, which could be made up in both versions. There's plenty of reason why Jay would not be able to produce a receipt for the second transaction and there's plenty of reason why Ivan would not admit he got the second payment. I have no reason to trust Jay more than Ivan, but if we consider all the phone conversations shown here has legit, Jay is right and Ivan is wrong. Jay produced evidence that proves him right, it's Ivan's turn to show that Jay is wrong. There's no actual proof that Jay scammed in what you posted, it's only what Ivan said on skype. He could've made up that whole story after he realized he accepted to only go for 900. Maybe in USA you're guilty until proven innocent, but in Canada you're innocent until proven guilty. Anyways, in both case Jay looks innocent from all those SS, unless you want to consider all of them as made up by Jay. In which case you still have no proof Jay scammed.
