Does Tots Know How Still Give Free Level Ups?
Just wondering if Tot's Know How still gives the free level ups from level 30-35, 46-50 and 59-60. I've heard some people say the do, and some say they don't and I don't have a character I can test this on atm. Thanks for the help

It does still but now it's a little bit more complicated. See there's a bar for his know-how quest and it shows how much you actually do his things. (I guess Nexon doesn't like that people use him just for the levels.) So now in order to get those free level ups you have to fill the bar before you hit those levels. If the bar is not filled before level 30, 46, or 59 then Tot won't level you up. But if it is filled you get a potion in your use tab to do the leveling for you. To fill the bar you have to do his know-how quests right as you receive them. You can't just wait till a later level then do them. The more punctual you are with finishing his quests the more the bar fills. Tell me if this was helpful or not by thumbing me up
While we are talking about Tot, does he still give a free gacha ticket? If he still does, in what condition can we get it?
The levels change it isnt 30-35 anymore but it is 45-50 and some other levels like 60-65 I think
