Haste not working?
I don't know for you Night Lords but when I try using haste, I can use it but the effect of the skill isn't coming.
Same problem for you?

Works fine for me o-o well I don't really need haste cuz my armour has the same stats from haste o.o
it's just lag, move around a bit and use it again.
