Luminous login problem?

Hello, thank you for reading this thread. Anyways, Whenever I try and log into my Luminous which is in Alien Corridor 4 or 5, It black screens and then disconnects. Right before I disconnect, I see the bars at the bottom. Can someone help me solve this issue? Thank you! <3
