Ever since the update these random spurts of lag have been attacking me Q.Q, and I experience the same thing as you
I've been getting stutters for the past couple months, with the occasional random D/C.
For a while there was hacking warnings for no discernable reason, which was godawful annoying
Pretty sure that the game servers are just overall unstable as all get-out because Nexon doesn't want to spend money on upgrading them
