I once saw 1 for about 1.5b. And that's in my overpriced server.
idk if theres a difference but my friend just bought a lumi rod for 6.2b

Fafnir staves in scania can go for 4b so I don't know what you're talking about..we're supposedly the ones with the cheapest end-game equips.

I'd say a good 3b-4b for mana crowns. Takers (wands) are relatively cheaper, they go for about 1.5b-2b in scania.
price fluctuates a lot.
generally they are around 2-3b but recent news says they drop from the boss (forgot which) so the price might lower
