How to get level 40 % all stats equips for my Xenon?
So my Xenon just reached level 40 and I need % all stats equips. Should I just smith them myself, reveal potential and hope for the best? If I should, which equips should I smith?

use normal gear %all stats not worth getting until
lv100~110 gear and 140~150 depending what you will be useing gear
till then just use free stuff waste to upgrade at low levels seeing how mini pass thos levels fast now
