Powergatcha is what you get from Maple Admin after using 20 gacha tickets, it's a special ticket with a higher chance of good items.
I think it's the Castle quest where you defeat the actual Lion King, not Lionheart Castle training grounds.
The sword is 3 above in DEX/STR, 2 above avg in ATT and 6 above in ACC. I don't have the exact stats now because I've logged out.

Yes, it is definitely worth SoK'ing the sword. It is worth about 1.3-1.7b depending on the attack.
