Stuck in Heizan temple

I was doing the prequests for princess no and i was on the quest where u had to defeat a boss and i tried defeating him but I died. When i clicked respawn it gave me 50 hp and the boss just kept 1 hitting me. I tried everything to leave but i think i'm stuck here. Is there a way to get out the map? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
