Shield for Magic Att 30%/50%?
I know these scrolls at some point were randomly available from the Away from Kampung (85+ unrepeatable) quest, but I'm wondering if they still are, since the 30%'s aren't in the system anymore--just the 50%'s are. Do Nintos even drop them in Zipangu?
At any rate, if anyone in Scania has any of these scrolls, I'm buying ALL of them. Thank you.
