Just collect most end game gear, get as close to 9-15% primary stats on everything, strike a good balance of %boss dmg, %atk and %pdr on your weapon, 2ndary weapon and emblem and you'll do it and better for sure. It'll be a lot easier to plan out than just trying to specifically tilt the dmg equation around enough to hit some relatively meaningless number between 1 and 2mil or higher.
