Questions about Mechanic and Cannon Shooter
1) why cant I find any mechanic drops like engine and stuff like that in Reboot?
2) where's the best place to try to get Cannon shooter equips that aren't so slow??

You can find mech equips from Normal Horntail.
I got 3 from HT so far, about 30 runs.
What Piana said. Also I've had Sudden Missions give me Mech equips pretty often, but I don't play in Reboot so I don't know if that mechanic is different there.
