i got a ap/sp reset from the Rewards will be distributed to players that have migrated from Direct Launch to Nexon Launcher as of February 21, 2017. Please claim your rewards by clicking the gift box icon on the left side of the screen before 11:59 PM PDT on April 30, 2017. Players that have not yet migrated to Nexon Launcher can still do so before 12:00 AM PDT on April 7, 2017 to receive rewards.

Cash Shop should carry AP and SP resets for mesos (a hefty amount though).

The alternative is to wait for some events that have event shops and buy the AP and SP resets from those event shops via those respective event coins. Or delete and remake your character if you're at a low enough level (level 100 can be easily gotten in a day or two depending on how much you play).

So does that mean I have to delete my reboot character since I misplaced the sp points?

If you logged in with Nexon Launcher recently before the last scheduled maintenance you should have gotten a AP and SP reset scroll.

Besides Events, I don't think it's possible to obtain those in Reboot.
