You are missing files
i think i've made a thread before, but its semi different now..
so the problem is: i can't log into the game at all.
when i click play/start game, the hackshield comes up and the game window comes up but only for like 5 seconds. Then it disappears and another small window thing comes up and says: "you are missing some files needed to run the game. Please check the website to download the newest client.." thats not the exact words but the point is it keeps saying "im missing some files" even after i've uninstalled and redownloaded maplestory for millions of times.
and now it just doesnt work at all.
Umm, i think its my laptop's issue, but it worked like 2 weeks ago... so is there anyway i can somehow fix it? other than reformatting my computer...
[b]EDIT: guys its all good now thankyou for the suggestions and help ! somehow i fixed it, but i really didnt to anything extreme. what i did was that i changed my nexon/maplestory folder to antoher disk cause it was originally in C disk but it wasnt that full. anyway I changed it to D disk and reinstalled maplestory and it worked! It depends on what kind of lap top/ desk you are using. My solution will MOST likely work. It would take about 2-30 min
Have you tried to reinstall the game? That may be the problem
You could manually check each file, to see if you have everything.
When your computers booting spam f4/f8. Chose safe mode. Press start and double click back up / repair center, then rb your computer to the date it worked fine.
Edit: I don't know if you were to spam either f 4 or f 8. I could be neither.
