Help on the dual blade advancement lv 70

I just hit 70 on my dual blade and I didn't get a new quest. I talked to Arec and he told me to go to the dark lord to fight his clone, but when I talked to the dark lord, he didnt have any new quests for me. Am I doing something wrong or did I not complete the prerequisites (if there were any). Was I supposed to do the suri the owl quest, because I think thats the only quest that I havnt done
