Cannot patch Maplestory

So I've tried downloading the patch twice and both times it said that an error occured and I have to redownload the client and reinstall. My guess is that it is because I need to patch two patches in a row (Wednesday's and friday's) but i thought maplestory fixed that problem a while ago. Is there a way to solve this problem without redownloading the entire thing again? I read the other posts regarding bugs but most of them were about gamelauncher.exe. In my case, the play button at the bottom right is replaced with an exit
