Well I have maxed character slots but it turned one slot specifically for a resistance character.

Yes you would. I haven't tested it for this particular one, but when there was an event like this, I usually just deleted the character for a free slot.
I'm already maxed out of character slots so I can't tell you for sure :x
not sure, but quite possibly.
we do get a free slot, since i have 2 remaining, i had 2 before the card too
my wild hunter's use inv is empty, as i only have the crossbow arrows
When you make your character, you'll get a box and a useable 100k voucher.
Double click on each, the equips will appear in your Equips tab and the 100k voucher will be in your ETC tab.
Take the voucher to an NPC and sell it for 100k.
