Maybe this would be useful?
3 options to decrease button spamming.
Making overswing key bindable, and when pressed does attack->double swing->triple swing with one key.
Give Arans a extra Macro, or make attack bindable to a macro, add a quest attached to gain this ability ;$
In Maple Chaos make Swift Move also give the ability to do all three swings with one attack.

You'd still have the option of attacking normally though ;O
My hands just get realllllllllllyyy tired during bosses, but I like training normally too ;3
