I wish we could get the damn "in progress" quests gone

hey look its prety easy, I guess I'll go ahead and complete it (:
you then find out its a chain quest and the other parts are ridiculously hard, pq required, or impossible.
and now everytime you press 'q' it's there mocking you
Nexon should just put in progress quests back into available when we forfeit them ;[

They are seriously such an annoyance for me, anyone else bothered by them? :$
It's kind of just a blimp on your screen that can never be completed.
