How to perfect Items nowadays?
Honestly, I have no idea how to perfect items now. I am really killing myself thinking about how I'm supposed to do it now that gm scrolls are gone... I would Like to know what scrolls I should use to perfect it, as well as what scrolls I should use to perfect a katara. Please help </3 </3 </3 </3 </3 </3
