Which ring should i substitute for the absolute ring?
Currently my two worst rings are the adventurer ring (gives 2 atk, 10% crit), and evol ring II. I don't know whether i should upgrade by 13 attack, or upgrade by 16 attack and lose 10% crit rate

You're forgetting that that critical ring also gives +10% Minimum Critical Damage, which outweighs any Evolving Ring.
I'm still using my critical ring, along with a Tempest, Pinnacle, and Unleashed Ring. You should definitely keep the critical ring.
This is a bit out of topic, but did Cruel Rings lose their added max crit damage?
I threw mine out before checking and just kept my Adventurer Ring. |:

It boost Crit damage, I would rather take out Evo II.

Replace your Evolving Ring II. The 10% critical rate + 10% minimum critical damage are way more beneficial.
