What's your budget? "Cheap" is subjective. I seen people who consider $2000 as "cheap" on this site and that you will need at least $3000 for a gaming computer... >>
Where are you from? US, Canada, Australia, etc? What state if in the US? Depending on where you are from can affect the prices.
What games will you be playing? List them, as one game can change the graphic card I would recommend.
What else you will be doing on this computer outside of gaming?
Will a monitor and other peripherals will be included in this budget or it's a separate budget?
Do you need an Operating System?
