To anyone confused about Scarlet items

If you have a scarlet shoulder, the shoulder will apply to any set that a shoulder can be applied on. If none of your equips require a shoulder as part of the set, it won't be applied to any.
So since CRA set doesn't have a slot for shoulders, the scarlet shoulder will not apply.
