Elite Mob Level Range
Was the level range to spawn elites changed recently? At 217, I managed to spawn an elite mob at HoH, but I always thought the level difference was max 20, and the highest mobs there are 184. I checked the last few update notes but there wasn't any mention of a change.

I Believe any monster 160+ is good to go for high level characters. Like how "monsters within range" works for higher level characters. I maybe off on the levels but the concept is there.
