does boss damage affect the shoulders and abdomen too?
As far as bosses are concerned, %total is the same as % boss. So you're comparing 3% att to 14% boss damage. 14/3 = 3.7. So if your base %100 damg + %total + %boss is less than 3.7 times your base %100+ %att, then go with the 3% att card. I find it unlikely you have 300% boss+total damage, even with cross surge, so for you probably the % boss.
