please discribe what happens excactly when you try to login.
Why are you unable to login?
If it's a technical issue, you might be redirect to the Tech Support forum section.
well it will arrive in their mailbox after the forum patch....
Not for a while, took a couple weeks for me to get a response last year, which didn't include any help anyways
