Does SI raise the speed of MA or not? Cause I saw somewhere that MA is already at cap speed cause of Cane Booster. Thanks ^^

@Sync55 Canes are Fast (5), so like @iHezDied said, it'll make the start-up hit faster, but Mille's speed isn't affected.
So Canes are Fast (4) ?
