To max Slow or to max Seal
I've been playing Ice/Lighting Mages for quite a long time now and I still have no clue which to master.. so far I have about 13 skill points saved up and I was wondering which of the two is more useful later on, or if they're even necessary in the higher levels?

Dang, well thanks! I just gotta get that SP reset once more..
I probably use slow more often, I use seal occationally when I need to get by some monsterss but these days people train at LHC and you can't seal them. I would say max slow and when the JUMP patch comes use the SP reset and don't max cold beam when you do your skill build.
